Emma Richardson

Emma heads up our team of Paraplanners and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Highly proficient in SIPP/ SSAS, Emma previously held a specialist role at the Department for Work and Pensions.

Emma has worked at Kellands for over 10 years and oversees the Paraplanning team whilst also providing research, analytical and technical support, and report writing to the Managing Director and wider team. Kellands recognises the importance of developing talent and Emma is an integral part of this, training and mentoring team members and new starters. She also ensures that compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Away from the office, Emma is an avid Liverpool supporter and follows women’s football and cricket. As well as sports, she loves to read, travel the world and enjoys American history and politics.
